Jeff Monroe has been in the modeling and fitness industries for well over a decade. He first began his journey to become a professional model in 1989. However, some "road bumps" appeared in his path shortly after. Jeff's challenging times ahead unfortunately produced many negative results. The loss of money and broken promises created a great deal of disappointment and frustration in his life. He spent the next few years lost and confused due to a lack of modeling knowledge, false information and misguidance from others. During those tough times is when he pursued his passion for personal training. He took that unlucky modeling situation and turned it into an opportunity to establish himself as a premier fitness instructor.

Despite the modeling obstacles, by 1993, Jeff was back on track with a clear understanding and focus on how to achieve his goals within the fashion business. Quickly becoming represented in many cities around the world by some of the most prestigious model management agencies. In recent years, he has scaled down his modeling career to re-establish himself in the fitness industry, becoming known as the trainer to the stars by getting other top models and celebrities into the best shape of their lives.
